Maybe he didn't believe your sig... Or maaaybe he didn't like the snide remarks you threw in. Your idea of "civility" doesn't appear to agree with him.

His second question is a bit vague- I think he is conflating two separate restrictions- but he clearly wasn't asking for wholesale rules quotes as you accused him of doing. He asked a question about LOS and restirctions wrt movement distance. I do think we need a little more definition to this before we can answer it though. For the OP- What part of the restrictions do you not understand? LOS? Or shooting restrictions based on distance moved? What type of transport vehicle are we talking about? The Rhino from your first question? Skimmer? Fast? Normal?

He may not know any of this, or some part but not others, or maybe he has read it several times but it is not clear to him so we need some clarity on what he is actually asking. If the vehicle is stationary, the unit counts as stationary. If the vehicle moves up to combat speed (6" for all vehicle types) they may fire counting as moving. If the vehicle moves faster than 6" (red paint job may be a slight exception to this, I'm not sure) then the embarked unit may not fire if they remain embarked on the vehicle.

That may be what he was asking for or it may not- we don't know yet. I intended to show that he needed to tell us a bit more about his confusion- was it related to LOS? Shooting restrictions? He mentioned both in the same query which indicated he was conflating the two issues somehow. Fair point about my initial post- the type of transport (fast, normal, etc) is immaterial- only its speed counts wrt restrictions on units firing out. Poor wording on my part...
