Russ is the only Primarch that you could take to the bar and get hammered with.

I believe that Perturabo would steal your beer, but then not drink it.
Mortarion would poision your beer.
Fulgrim would defiantly drink the fruity drinks with the little umbrella.
Magunus the red would do those cheese bar tricks.
Alpharius/Omegeon double shots.
