I did mention hits, not shots. Meaning bs is irrelevant.

So four str4 hits vs AV10, with a re-roll, will get about 1 glance per go of shooting?

The percentage chance for NONE of the four shots to get a glance is: 25/36 ^ 4 = 0.2325 = 23%. The unit in question is a platoon command squad with four flamers. If they're ever in a de-gunned vendetta.. now I know they stand a chance to do somthing to rear-armor.
