The chosen infiltrate and try to pop early armor and stay alive long enough for the gd to pop out of a champ.
3 X 10 pm rush to forward objectives and sit. DP hide behind the rhinos and move up to get nasty. Oblits sit back and shoot shoot shoot. Perfect selection. The Chosen are good as well. I would reduce the PM squads and take those points to consider adding combi-weapons (I like combi-flamers) to the Rhinos, increase the Oblits to 3 man squads, and maybe consider another dedicated CC unit like terminators in a Land Raider.

I assume this is 2500 point because there is way to much there for only 1500.
