IG army for it. This army will pretty much consist entirely of the Renegade IG from Forgeworld (think: masked heads, mixed armor and weapons, etc).

The problem is, I need my army to be lead by a Commissar Lord. I am having trouble finding, or imagining, a model suitable for this purpose. My first thought was the Nurgle Space Marine from FW (http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/nurgsorc.htm) - I kind of like the idea of a lone Death Guard marine rallying the troops to his cause, but thought some people might object, since it is a space marine :/

Look at the Vraksian "Enforcer" models. You get 5 or so of them, and they're pretty nice models that go with the Cadian bodies. Also pretty easy to convert up if need be.

hes got a chainsword instead of a hand?
