The Captain rides with a Combat Squad of 5 Termies in the LRR. The other Combat Squad of Termies deepstrikes in.

The Drop Pod Tac w/ the beacon drops first with the beacon assisting the other drop pod and deepstriking terminators.

The Land Speeders provide flanking support to take out armor or to help thin out hordes.

I've equiped the Tac squads to mostly deal with infantry. The missile launcher is for versatility, I'm mostly gonna use it for frag but in the event that I need some sort of anti-armor or anti-high toughness, I have it handy.

One motivation behind this list was the ease of modeling it as well. Everything is pretty much available in present kits. The captain is pretty much a Terminator with TH/SS. The tac squad with the exception of the sgt.s comes with all the options described. The sgt.s I see as two commander kits. First thing is first, the captain was a glorified 170 point terminator, which is almost the cost of a whole squad of terminators. So instead I added a chaplain. With him you reroll failed to hit rolls on the charge, have some buffer with wound allocation, and are fearless.
Secondly I changed out all of the combi plasma's with combi melta's. This gives you more vehicle popping, and gives you insta-kill against toughness 4.
With the extra points I gave you meltabombs for more anti tank in case something tank shocks you and another locator beacon in case the first squad gets wiped.
