				<description><![CDATA[ So sorry if this should be obvious, but:<br /> <br /> 1) Farseers cannot cast Fortune from INSIDE the transport.<br /> 2) They CAN cast Fortune on the Transport if they are OUTSIDE.<br /> 3) If they DO cast Fortune on the Transport, and the squad INSIDE disembarks, the squad does NOT get the benefits of the Fortune.<br /> <br /> So basically if a squad is inside a transport there is no way for it to be Fortuned until the following turn.]]></description>

Fortune doesn't require <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(85);'>LoS</span>.  And Fortune isn't a pyschic shooting attack, which would require a fire port.]]></description>

If you're inside a transport, you cast spells just fine.<br /> <br /> You can NOT, however, cast shooting attack spells. Everything else is fair game.]]></description>

You really, really need to read the current <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(36);'>FAQ</span>.<br /> <br /> Psykers can most certainly cast powers while embarked.  Shooting Psychic poweres require a fire-point, but non-shooting powers do not.  Fortune (as well as Doom and Guide) are non-shooting, and can therefore be cast while embarked in a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>WS</span> or Flacon.  Also, since Fortune, Doom, and Guide do not need <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(85);'>LOS</span>, the Farseer can easily target a unit from inside his transport.<br /> <br /> What a Farseer cannot do is target a unit that is embarked in a DIFFERENT transport than the one in which the Farseer is emabarked.  He is free to target a unit embarked in the same transport as himself.]]></description>

I agree any <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(85);'>LOS</span> powers require a fire point but honestly dont know if you can use other powers inside of a transport.  I know that even for orders that the Chimera has a special rule that allows you to use orders inside of it.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ broxus, the Chimera has a special rule allowing you to issue orders out of it, yes. But that's because the rules for orders in general prevent you from issuing orders whle embarked in any vehicle. The Chimera rule changes that. Has nothing to do with fire points, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(85);'>LOS</span> or anything like that.<br /> As for targeting a unit in a transport with a psychic power. if the psyker is in the transport with them, it's fine, as already shown by the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(36);'>FAQ</span> (and yes, we know it's not official). <br /> ]]></description>
