When the O&G general is killed the opponent gets the 100VP.
However the next highest Ld character/champion in the army immediately becomes the general for the purposes of 12 inch circle for psychology and break tests.
This continues until there are no characters/champions left...

If you mean for every rank bonus you have you get +1 on roll to amnosity...
