CCS: Cut the fat. I can't remember what Stracken does, but 215 points are far too many.

PCS: I haven't played in a while, but I've read that snipers are pretty poor value for money. Try grenade launchers, plasma guns or flamers.

Squads: Drop the voxes, and add autocannons. Drop the power weapon, too.

Heavy Squad: They might just get killed on turn one. Take more of them, or get some meltaguns.

Sentinels/Hellhound: I've read that these can be ok, but not great. They don't seem to feature in tournament armies.

Leman Russ: Take another one.
