The pred is pricey, but it has covered my ass so many times it aint even funny. Gives my army the range it desperately needs. the dreads run side by side up the board. I drop the Havoc Launcher on the rhino and give the Prince Wind of Chaos depending on who i fight. let me hear it, what ya'll think]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I'm confused, did you change your tactics? Your lord has wings, but you say he sticks with the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(634);'>PMs</span> ? Do you plan on maybe separating him for a bit or something if needed or ...?<br /> <br /> Also, nurgle's rot, while nurgley indeed is a pretty lame power.  I would also highly recommend running 2 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(262);'>DPs</span> or none because they draw a lot of fire and can support each other.  I would take warptime or another power on both and skip the nurgle's rot.<br /> <br /> Predator, why not get a havoc squad armed with either lascannons or autocannons(my personal preference for the double amount of shots, almost 3x the amount your pred can give)?  Even 2 oblits is nearing the same point cost, can use a variety of weapons, deep strike, invul save, more wounds, etc.  Your call but it seems like a waste, you even think it is overly expensive.  I'd suggest trying something different and seeing how it works for a couple games.  You may find that the new unit saves your butt even more.<br /> <br /> Not one plasma gun? Plague marines are great for plasma because they get their <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(265);'>FNP</span> roll if they have a weapon get hot on them. Lots of flamers? Are you planning for a certain army or planning an all around list? If it is the first and you're up against lots of massed infantry, great , flamers should work well.  If you're up against a mixed army or an unknown list, I would recommend less flamers and more all around weapons.  Plague marines are meant for being great at slogging up the field, taking lots of hits , shrugging them off, and giving it back to the enemy and winning by outlasting.  They are also set up with blight grenades to be great at taking charges while rapid firing before the assault.  They are (<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(72);'>imo</span>) the game's greatest tie up units.  You have them set up to make assaults it looks like so you're essentially using them as khorne berzerkers with better toughness.  I guess it might work.<br /> <br /> One last thought: If you want lots of flamers and assaulting, why not grab a squad or two of chosen with 4-5 flamers to infiltrate or outflank ?  Havocs can do the same with a rhino.  Both are fairly cheap and good at getting lots of special weapons into range quickly.<br /> <br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ If you keep the pred in the rear with the gear, it's survivability goes way up. You just have to set up and plan accordingly. My deal with the plasma was that i was running a heavy plasma army and then ran into a Cron army runnin 2 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>AV</span> 14 Lith's and Deceiver. Plasmas are nice, but a melta gives me +1 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(171);'>ST</span> & -1 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>AP</span> and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(1);'>2d6</span> armor pen. against vehicles. the range doesnt matter cause theyt are in rhinos and should be close. The reason i take the lord is because of how he turns an already resilient unit into a slobberknocker unit in assault. the wings allow the lord to either jump between squads or chase after a tough unit to get into assault with his plague bringer. Are the seven man squads resilient enough? seems kinda squishy to me. (hrmm plague marines and squishy in the same sentence, something's amiss here). The twin flamer squad is the squad i sit on my objective, to handle big ork boy squads and such trying to take the objective. Deffinitely droppin the Nurgle's rot for warp time, that will just be nasty.<br /> <br /> Ok so i drop the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(634);'>PM</span>'s to 7, trade flamers for plasma, what should i do with the extra points? Greater Daemon, perhaps? Elite Choice? <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(22);'>CSM</span> Squad for objective sitting so i can send 3 squads of plague marines into the fray?]]></description>
