Was the prize for any winner of the hardboy semis? GW 2-3 weeks after the 2nd round to ask for army selection. GW will try to honor specific requests but it is up to them what the 2500 looks like. This should ship around a month or two later.

The 2nd & 3rd place people from the semi finals will recieve the online order voucher within 3-4 weeks on their GW online account.

Either way you'll need to get any models the old fasioned way if you want to use them in the finals.
