These are pretty good - though if I may make some suggestions:

You have some mould-line issues here and there, which become really obvious when drybrushed

The rough texture you're getting (e.g. on you terminator sergeant) tells me that you're spraying your primer either too thickly, too close or at the wrong temperature.

You've gotten drybrushing and washing down pat, try highlighting them a little - for these models take a small drybrush and apply a lighter colour to just the upper areas of each part, where light would naturally hit them - this will help make the mini 'pop'

Yes these minis were primed, fairly poorly, then drybrushed and detailed. I tend to rush painting a bit so I skip steps.

Thanks all for comments and criticisms, much appreciated! I've taken it all in and I really do want to improve on my painting ability.

Next thing that I am going to do before painting any more guys is baseing these ones. I've uploaded Shrike which I didn't paint but it shows what i'm thinking for the baseing.
