- RENEGADE MILITIA ENFORCERS: do I need to buy Cadians to complete them?

- RENEGADE MILITIA ARTILLERY CREW: do I need to buy Cadians to complete them?

- RENEGADE MILITIA COMMAND: do I need to buy Cadians to complete them?
