				<title>Dwarf rune fix</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ My friend and I, after a particularly tough doubles game (in which my dwarves were both outclassed and outnumbered) were wondering how perhaps we could make dwarves a bit better. One of the ideas that wasnt completely ludicrous was something to do with runic weapons and armour. This was our idea:<br /> <br /> A Thane for example can pay to take a runic weapon-<br /> Runic hand weapon(+5) Runic Great Weapon(+30) Runic Crossbow (+10) Runic Dwarf Handgun (+20)<br /> <br /> A Thane can then add runes onto his choice of rune weapon (he can only have one) for example: Runic hand weapon inscribed with a rune of fury (30pts, 25 for rune of fury, 5 for runic hand weapon)<br /> <br /> The main reason for this is so dwarf charaters can have different combinations of rune weapons and runes. You may want +2S and Always strikes first. On a hand weapon you would have to buy 2 Runes of Cleaving and a master rune of swiftness (+70, 65 for the runes, 5 for the runic hand weapon) wheras on a great weapon you would only have to inscribe a master rune of swiftness (+55, 25 for runes, 30 for runic <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span>). So you could have +5S if you wanted to with our new rule. This may sound unclear but quite a few people we spoke to thought it was a good idea.<br /> We also came up with many ranged runes which included '+1 to hit' and a pacticularly nasty one which allowed a handgun to fire like a grapeshot.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ First off, you wouldn't be able to have +5S, as the great weapon requires two hands. <br /> <br /> Secondly, why exactly do you feel the dwarves are in need of an upgrade? Do these proposed changes address some particular need which you felt you had no answer for in this game? And could those needs potentially be filled with something already existing in your Army Book (this one may not be an obvious quick answer)?]]></description>

You can already tailor your magic weapons to suit, and if you don't think to plan ahead as to which combinations will benefit you best, tough. Nobody else gets that level of flexibility. 				<description><![CDATA[ I understand but as it was just an idea we had after my dwarfes getting thrashed. To be honest i do think that dwarfes are fine as it is but it always annoys me when you want to have +2S and a rune like the Master Rune of Smiting but cant fit it in your points limit (i know you can its just an example) it was really to make things more more flexable and interesting. There have been many threads which have had dwarf improvements that are a good idea and also a way to make things more flexible, not to mention better.<br /> One last thing, why cant you have +5S, Malecus?]]></description>

Players of the other Races always have to weigh up who's getting what. We can't all have S bonuses on Magic Weapons. We can't all just tailor our items to fit. 				<description><![CDATA[ Bah, I misread what you were doing here, I interpreted it to be that you wished to take multiple weapons with runes on them. You can already place runes on a great weapon, there's just one rune that you have to include to do so.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Thats the master rune of Kragg the Grim isnt it? So you can place a rune of cleaving and a Master rune of Kragg the grim on a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span> and it would be +3S, two handed and always strike last?]]></description>
