Other than that Read the book "snow Crash" by Neil Stephenson there is a motorcycle described in there that is the coolest thing ever. It doesn't look like a crotch rocket, but it is awesome.

Here's a link to a bunch of 1/24 motorcycle models you can chop up--ten bucks each, but nice, 1/35 is closer to 28mm size but 1/24
isn't really too too big, especially if you want it to be khan

There are some 1/32 scale but the quality of the model is much lower, which makes me think it would be harder to chop up.
