They're fine drugs if used properly. Some of those drugs should never have been administered for the purposes they were. The question is who is going to take the fall for allowing it to happen.

Depends how long you use them for. Like Anti-Depressants, the inherent danger lies in overuse. The Drugs in question flood the body with a normally naturally occuring chemical. When you overuse them, the body no longer produces them, as it doesn't need to. Thus, you become dependant on the Drug in question to supply those chemicals. Hence the point of rehab. The person in the video certainly matches MJ's height and build, and some of the mannerisms hint at his way of moving. I'm gonna do some intensive searching and get back about this.
