If you pray hard enough Gork..or maybe Mork will fly down and smash the humies with his awesome boots.

I think maybe you need to add more detail as to what you expect to face or post an ork list in the army list forum stating that it's for killing MEQ and we will comment on it. As a rule PKs are king. At least 1 in every boyz squad, 2-3 in every nobz squad and always on warbosses. Other nice MEQ killing stuff are burnas since they count as power weapons. KFF Gazzy is fun but useless overall, for the price you can get a lot more stuff that kills more than gazzy ever will. Do you have a PK in every mob? Even on foot a Kff and 3 Kans makes your army have a 4+ cover save. No one can help unless you post exactly what you run and post what you run against. Are you facing 3 thunderfire cannons? Drop pod marines? Once you get a good all comers list you just need to learn how to fight different lists. Take a few lumps but learn from your mistakes, talk to other people to see how to beat certain lists. If you play alot you learn how to beat builds. You need to learn what to shoot at and when, what targets are priorities and which targets are a mere annoyance, that really dont do much damage but are designed to draw you off the true threats.

For example if your facing a marine dakka army with say 2 thunder fire cannons, 2 dev squads with the standard las plas, a whirlwind maybe a scout squad or two a sterngaurd squad and say a podding dread or 2. What are the targets? Well obviously the thunderfire cannons combined are the big threat, the scouts will typically be deployed to slow you down and draw you off. The sterngaurd would be used as another speed bump or to hit the flanks. The podding dread again is not really a threat but is one that looks menacing. The dev squads are sort of important but not really they are their to hit armor and slow it down while the thunderfires and whirlwind drop plates on your army.

So to keep your lootas from shooting the cannons/whirlwind your opponent sits in the corners, thats why you need snikrot to tie thm up while you rush forward bypassing lesser threats until you kill the army killers then you broke your opp. back and can pick off the secondary and tertiary targets without having to worry about getting blown away. By running either entirely Mech Orks, or entirely Footslogging Orks you shouldn't have much of a problem against any foe.
