Panzer Commander recommendation - Many thanks!

I quick nod of gratitude to whoever it was who suggested Panzer Commander for my holiday reading (asked for some ideas a month or so ago). About two thirds through it and I'm thoroughly engrossed

For those who haven't come across it, the book is the memoirs of Hans Von Luck who it seemed commanded battallions on most of the German fronts (Poland, Russia, France & Africa) and offers an honest and balanced perspective about what it was like to fight Hitler's war.

Particularly enjoyed his annecdote of how he and his British counterparts in Africa agreed to cease military action at 17:00 every afternoon and exchange information on who had been taken prisoner that day.

It's a brilliant book and has made Von Luck a hero of mine. The supply truck incident also appears in "The Winged Dagger" by Roy Farren as he was part of the British forces that Von Luck talks about.
