WHFB weapons. Whoever gets the lightning claw could have like a power mace&chain or something to make him different from those wielding power swords. A scimitar counts-as lightning claw could be a slight can of worms on account of the fact a scimitar is a sword.

Be creative - perhaps a power-halberd or another medieval weapon.

I actually just looked up a picture of a medieval weapon that had a shaft and then two separate spikey-balls-and-chains. Perhaps three of those could count as a lightning claw?
