				<description><![CDATA[ So, 5th edition <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(144);'>WH</span> and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(30);'>DH</span> have a little bit of trouble with alliances, since the rules are a litle confusing and non intuitive. Also, only imperials get it. I suggest the following rules.<br /> <br /> Armies from one codex may choose units from any compatible codex, with the following restrictions:<br /> <br /> 0 - 1 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQs</span><br /> 0 - 2 Troops.<br /> <br /> Only after one of these have been filled may you choose:<br /> 0 - 1 Fast Attack<br /> 0 - 1 Elites<br /> 0 - 1 Heavy Support<br /> <br /> Compatible Codexes:<br /> <br /> Codex: Chaos Daemons may choose allies from:<br /> Codex: Chaos Space Marines<br /> <br /> Codex: Chaos Space Marines may choose allies from:<br /> Codex: Chaos Daemons<br /> <br /> Codex: Dark Eldar may choose allies from:<br /> Codex: Tau Empire<br /> <br /> Codex: Eldar may choose allies from:<br /> Codex: Orks<br /> Codex: Tau Empire<br /> <br /> Codex: Imperial Guard may choose allies from:<br /> Codex: Space Marines<br /> Codex: Witch Hunters<br /> Codex: Daemonhunters<br /> <br /> Codex: Necrons may not choose allies.<br /> <br /> Codex: Witch Hunters may choose allies from:<br /> Codex: Space Marines<br /> Codex: Daemonhunters<br /> <br /> Codex: Daemonhunters may choose allies from:<br /> Codex: Space Marines<br /> Codex: Witch Hunters<br /> <br /> Codex: Orks may not choose allies.<br /> <br /> Codex: Space Marines may choose allies from:<br /> Codex: Imperial Guard<br /> Codex: Witch Hunters<br /> Codex: Daemonhunters<br /> <br /> Codex: Tau Empire may choose allies from<br /> Codex: Eldar<br /> <br /> Codex: Tyranids may not choose allies.]]></description>
