				<title>Proposed Death Guard rules</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Hi all, <br /> <br /> As some of you know I have made a website for the Chaos Legions and developing a Codex for each one.<br /> <br /> Just a few questions with certain changes I am considering and if you could comment on the following:<br /> <br /> Plague Marines should be kept as I3 or have I4?<br /> <br /> Plague Marines 18 or 20 points each.<br /> <br /> Plague Terminators – Same stats as Plague Marines but with 2 wounds with higher points cost.<br /> <br /> Plague Knife brought back counts as poisoned, can never wound worse than 4+.<br /> <br /> Normal Death Guard can rally even under 50% original squad size.<br /> <br /> Death Lords (think <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(119);'>SM</span> chapter masters) with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(634);'>PM</span> traits, should be I4 or 5?<br /> <br /> Thanks for your replies.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Because the normal dex you have to pay for the icon and if he dies you dont get the bonus, it also isn't a true toughness.<br /> <br /> With the marks there is no icon bearer.<br /> <br /> Those terminators would be Plague ones, normal ones just get T5 and are cheaper.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[  I belive Death Guard terminators (Plague terminators) should have the same basic stats as regular plague marines,including <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(265);'>FNP</span> & fearless,after all, they are battle hardened plague marines who have aquired terminator armour,so it makes little sense that they would lose their atributes.<br />  I belive one wound would be suficent,as more than that would probly knock the points cost to high.<br />  As for initative,keep it I3,this represents the decayed state of <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(634);'>PM</span>'s fairly well,keep points cost the same as well,and of course <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(634);'>PMs</span> stay fearless.<br />  Concerning plague knives...I'll have to get back to you on that,I've had a few ideas knocking around pertaining to "plague wepons".<br />  ]]></description>
