SM Landspeeder that I absolutely had to finish assembling cause I just knew it was going to look awesome. So I got everything the exact way I wanted it and then sprayed it all black before painting it in Blood Raven colors. It was shortly after I "finished" painting the landspeeder that I realized I couldn't reach the crew to paint them.. So here's my question, how would you guys (and girls) go about removing the crew without chopping my precious Landspeeder into little bits?

Iirc, the legs of the models are part of the seat, so really, you're looking at removing the upper bodies.

If you used super glue, with a little torsion, they should pop right off. If you used plastic cement, I don't know what to suggest (which is why I use super glue for all of my modelling, especially on models that I'll likely have to change for some reason).

My approach to landspeeders is:

- paint interieur = seat,marine legs,consoles.
- paint marine bodys
- paint chassis ( inside )
- mount the speeder
- complete painting

Well the crew is out and the landspeeder isn't that bad off after all. But I must have used plastic cement on this one cause when they came out they broke the waist ball that they glued and came out as well. I just paint the scrapes on the hull as battle damage I guess.

But now my landspeeder is ready to be finished, thanks for the suggestion.
