Hi there, have you paid yet? If not, I would strongly suggest you withhold payment for awhile. Personally, I actually emailed them enquiring on their promotions. Sent various reminders- no replies. Called them a few times during office hours, no response.


Might be a scam in this case - maybe they hav gone out of biz or the owner is simply irresponsible or offer poor service. But in any case, better to find out more about them before placing orders.

But as i expected there wasn't, he could only apologise on their behalf etc. BUT we got chatting and it seems that even the trade department of GW has had problems contacting the company, also he himself had heard of many similar complaints. So all in all i would suggest the 'avoid at all costs' method.
