I even got a tracking number this time. So he promised to order and send it again (this time with UPS). That was 3 weeks ago. Since then I try to call that company 3-4 times a day without success (however as mentioned before the lien is busy sometimes).
So it's more than two months now and I don't really know what to do to get my money back with that bank transfer stuff ... However good to know I'm not the only one.

BTW: ordered 5 boxes of Space Hulk from Wayland one week before release. Arrived two weeks later !

I received a complete refund through paypal today.
Here is the short answer i got for it

This is an email to explain the situation at Wargames Empire. We have took the decision to stop selling Games Workshop models for the foreseeable future. We have had some issues with Games Workshop as a supplier and feel we can offer a much faster, more reliable service though other products and companies. It is not a decision we have taken lightly and who knows, we may well start stocking it again in the new year. But what it means here and now is we are refunding any orders we cannot honour here and now. All Games Workshop products are now removed from our site and will be replaced by other games systems and models which we feel are better anyway. 1 door closes, 20 more open.
We will continue to stock and expand on the pre owned Games Workshop models.
Over the coming weeks you will be able to buy from us. All Rackham and Priveteer press models and games. Infinity. Many many more games and figures. Vallejo Paints and MIG Pigments, Ziterdes scenery, Armourcast and Ultraforge. Along with our Javis, Humbrol, Revell and other ranges we feel it more than makes up for not having Games Workshop.We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. I received a full refund yesterday after the above e-mail and thought wargames empire had performed their first honourable deed since I ordered goods 6 weeks ago, so I called my bank. Not surprisingly the money was not returned from wargames empire but retrieved by the bank. In the end my bank will get their money through his bank, so keep up your efforts and chase your refunds. Gareth and Gareth are a disgrace. They do not treat customers as a "valued customer" and are full of hollow promises. I am sure they have no funds and probably are folding as a company. There is a long track record with these two over 2 online stores. They never communicate on a personal level and put up smoke screens through vague generic e-mails which are full of lies to buy them time. I suspect this is not the last we have heard from the Gareths and will probably find another dodgy site with their names attached.
