The Lord can get Infernal Gateway but his main job is to take out warmachines and generally make a nuscians of himself with the magic and the disc.  The <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(174);'>BSB</span> will ride where he's needed, tho I am considering giving him a disc, too. He is also tooled up enough with the flail and 3+ ward vs non magical that he should be ablw to do serious damage to regular stuff as well. Should I change the flail to a great weapon or something, and try to hope that his armor and ward keep him alive to use it?]]></description>

				<title>WoC 2250</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Oh geez... While I love the idea... I think your unit choices are a bit off...<br /> <br /> As for core, You only have one unit of 12 warriors in a 2250 game... OUCH... you also have 15 marauders and 3 units of hounds... Well the hounds are usually used for baiting and bringing in your foot sloggers... but you only have 2 units while 3 units of hounds... They will get slaughtered nearly 100% of the time so it might be best to change that... However I would definitely use more warriors... <br /> <br /> Chosen... Hmmm well theres a couple things with them...  They dont have a mark is the biggest thing <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(72);'>imo</span> and giving them favor of the gods in your current list... Also somewhat pointless at this point.12 chosen makes sense... might want to make it 10 to free up some points and give em a mark though<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(72);'>Imo</span> Chaos Spawns are rather random and usually useless... Giant can be useful and can cause damage but if you face an army with shooting... consider it dead more then likely before it gets to an enemy (at least it always happens to me) but I would personally throw in a Warshrine with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(102);'>MoT</span> or <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(101);'>MoS</span>... This lets you beef out units and this is what makes that favor of the gods on Chosen worth it... See, that chosen champ will generally never beat an enemy hero/lord in a challange (and no, other unit champions dont count.. so even if you kill them no EoTg)... <br /> <br /> So overall I would say probably drop the giant and spawn... deff add in some more warriors (a 5x3 unit of 15 is tasty) and depending on what your plan was for the horsemen in game you might want to drop them too. Cut down chosen to 10 and give them a mark... Add in a warshrine and beef stuff out... trust me when I tell you that it is an amazing help... +1 attack, +1 strength, +1 toughness, stubborn and 4+ ward... everything in there is useful! and with a + or - 1 to the chart and a reroll and still being able to pick from both rolls is so incredable! Those are just my general thoughts... let me know if you have any further questions!<br /> <br /> EDIT: If you have extra points... BEEF OUT DEM CHARACTERS!!!! they seem so... naked.. right now!]]></description>

My bad.<br /> <br /> Well, if the giant gets shot a lot before it reaches the enemy, its done its job, by getting shot a lot other things need to get shot.<br /> <br /> I dont see how I can beef out the characters any more.<br /> <br /> The nurgle character has maxed out all magic items on the scrolls,<br /> The Lord shouldn't ever see close combat, and with a 1+ armor save + a 3+ ward save from shooting attacks he should be able to fly around dealing out magical death with impunity. In addition to that he also has a bound spell to launch as well.<br /> I don't see how you can describe 3 characters charrying about 200 points of magical items as naked!<br /> The only oyher upgrade for them I can think of would be a magical weapon for the exalted hero. I think you're seeing the characters as designed to fight in close combat, when only one of them is.<br /> <br /> The warriors unit might be a little bit small, I'd consider beefing then up, but wouldn't be sure where to get the points from. The spawn are generally useful for 'holding' a unit while you smash it with the charge, I disagree with their useless. They tend to serve their role fairly well.<br /> <br /> Dog will indeed get slaughtered. Such is their purpose in life. They are soley there to re-direct.<br /> <br /> The horsemen are designed to kill war machine crews, mostly!<br /> <br /> Taking a Chaos Warshrine is difficult due to there being no model for it, and I dont have any parts to make one. Otherwise I might have considered it instead of the giant. <br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Not a bad list, some less-typical things going on, props to that.  My short list of things I'd change:<br /> <br /> + shield on exalted (for ranged fire or 1+ in combat)<br /> - standard on foot marauders<br /> - standard on horsemen<br /> <br /> The marauder units are these tiny support / flanker units, in which case a standard on them is giving the enemy nearly double the points for killing them, and when flanking or baiting or killing warmachines, the standard doesn't matter anyway, as it won't be needed or the main unit in combat will have one anyway.<br /> <br /> I think the above points might buy another warrior for that wee warrior block <img src="/s/i/a/6d3c0a908a3861135dfaebde91c0ecf6.gif" border="0"><br /> <br /> - Salvage]]></description>
