Special Rules
Mob rule, Furious charge, Waaagh, Asplode, King of da flame

Asplode: if Arsonist dies in close combat, the opposing player rolls a dice, if a 1 is rolled the arsonists fuel tanks explode, place a small blast template over arsonist head, any caught in the blast takes a str 4 hit.

King of da flame, the arsonist is immune to all types of flame weapons, you may take burnas as troop choices

Wargear

Heavy kombi flamer: The arsonist most valuable weapon, it allows the flamer to be shot more than once per game.
Range Str AP type
Template 5 3 assault1

Da flaming Big Choppa : A big Choppa modified to spilt fire out of the grinding metal teeth of his choppa, It gives him 2+ to strength and counts as a power weapon

I think the most overpowered thing about him is burnas as troops. I live in CA and i have no clue where spokane is, sorry. As for the appearance the fluff says that he is a semi-mythical figure. Thats all i have to work with so i guess i will use a metal warboss body, give him a backpack full of oil drums and gas canisters that connect to his gun and choppa, a awesome looking gas mask, and his skin will be grey.

The best way to find Spokane is to look for the only city in on the eastside of washington that has more than just a gas station or two. You cant miss it, its medium sized, super polluted river, has no jobs excpet nurses, which only like 3 of em live here, and its got a completly underserved, inflated sense of self importance. God i hate my hometown lol.


Any particular reason your making the skin grey? I like the oil drums on his back, that's totally how i picture him. First:
Warboss Base Stats, with basically Eavy Armour and a Bork Body, and the Burna as Troop rule=75

Asplode-meh, probably around 10 Points, as its like a frag missile but with no ap

King of the Flame-10-15 points, lets go with 15

Super-Kombi Skorcha-A regular Combi-Scorcha is 5 Points, but this is always working, so 15

Flaming Choppa-20 Points, as its a power weapon with +1 Str
