Empire=Imperial Guard
Bretonions=Space Marines
High Elves=Eldar
Dark Elves=Dark Eldar
Orks=Orks
Tomb Kings=Necrons
Chaos=Chaos Space Marines
Daemons=Daemons

We are stuck on Tau's conterpart though, any ideas?

Thinks like Skaven, BoC, Chaos Dwarves, Ogres, VC, and Lizardmen don't really have 40k counter parts. Wood Elves have a counter-part. They're called Exodite Eldar.
