If you select the custom load out you can fill it with any of the trays on the site. As long as you have 20" of foam in the bag your good.

We can not combine the free shipping for other items because the box for the 1520 is set at a specific shipping cost to us. That means that if we added foam or extra bags we would be using a different larger box so that would be extra. The good thing is that you would only pay shipping on the difference for multiple items so you still save a bunch of money.

in regards to the 20" of foam, is this the "rough" thickness.without including the 1/4" bottom sheet ?

The 20" is the usable space. The bag actually holds 22" of foam space but some of that is lost to the 1/4" bottom as you know. I would plan on 20 inches but we'll do our best to squeeze out as much room as possible.
