				<title>Blood angels Vs. Orks</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I've got a torney game coming up next week and I was wondering, as a Blood angels player, what would the best list to bring.<br /> <br /> 1750, guy I play against is going to go full cheese ball too.<br /> <br /> I don't have any attack bikes, assault terminators or Land raiders but have everything else.<br /> <br /> I usually bring Dante and an honour guard. Figured I could do well with a Ba'al predator too. <br /> <br /> Thoughts and suggestions please.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Assault troops particularly with dante or corbulo nearby make the boyz crumble. Being assaulted by a decent assalt unit is the easiest way to get rid of big mobs.<br /> <br /> For any other advice it would help to know what kind of ork list you'll be fighting. But decent assault troops, blast weapons, high <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> high rate of fire weapons and high <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>av</span> vehicles are all good tools for bringing to a fight against orks.<br /> <br /> If he's running nob bikers then either assault termies, vindictors or multi-melta spam is a must for taking them down.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Dante is very hard to beat in close combat.  I played a blood angels guy who used dante in his death(jump) company, he had Corbulo in a Rhino nearby so that the death comapny went where he wanted them to go.  Chewed up nobz, boyz, anything.<br /> <br /> Noone can armor-overload like blood angels.  Max baal preds, max rhinos, carrying either tactcial squads or assault squads (remember assault marines get their rhino for free). even with 2+ groups of lootas he won't be able to stop 6+ rhinos. (also, ork nobs hate assault cannons, no <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(265);'>FNP</span> is why, cannon is AP4, and rending so it will pop trukks, fast vehicle on a good roll so it can get to side armor on battlewagons and break that too.)]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Assault cannons only block <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(265);'>FNP</span> on a six, there are scarier things for Nobs.<br /> What sort of orks does your friend play? The different ork lists require very different strategies to beat.<br /> Horde: You want lots of templates and flamers, and lots of guns. Then, hold an assault unit behind your line and countercharge.<br /> Battlewagon Rush: You need to be able to take down the wagons, and then have something that can either shoot the boyz inside to death or assault them. Focus fire on the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(163);'>KFF</span> wagon if there is one, the rest will go down much easier once it is gone. Try and get side or rear shots.<br /> Nob Bikers: High strength (8) AP4 or better shooting is your best friend. Vindicators are okay, powerfists are good, especially in large numbers. Without the nice 3++ save with storm shields, the usual countertactic of <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(224);'>TH</span>/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(221);'>SS</span> termies isn't as good.<br /> Shooty  Orks: Deep strike and gut them They're flimsy as  hell to shooting or close combat.<br /> Trukks: Pop the trukks and laugh. Get rid of a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(163);'>KFF</span> as early as possible again, but really, this shouldn't be hard to deal with, especially in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(316);'>KP</span> games. <br /> <br /> The only other build I can think of is Kan Wall, but I've never played it or played against it.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ They sure are.<br /> <br /> Baal and Vindie will do a wonderful job of thinning down the horde but really shooting is the fools way of getting rid of big mobs of ork. A decent assault unit (<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(349);'>DC</span> or 10 assault marines with a p-fist) will wipe them out in one turn, a Baal needs 4 or 5.<br /> <br /> Baal and Vindie will be tough for the ork player to kill but don't help you shut down the Battlewagon rush too quickly. Either a devvy squad or just a lot of lascannons in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>tac</span> squads/dreads/razorbacks will do the job and multi-melta toting speeders or bikes will be boss as well.<br /> <br /> Once you take the wagons out you can shoot the boyz as they advance and finally finish them off with assault marines (I would keep the jump packs on myself as that 18" charge range keeps you out of anything but a waaagh charge. Boyz lose when they don't get to charge and jump packs stop them charging, rhinos don't.)]]></description>
