Has anyone here used http://wargamesminis.com?

Two months ago, I ordered 2 decal sheets (2 different colored Maltese crosses for my Black Templars) from this site. Literally only $4US of product.

Anyway, they were polite and told me that they only had one of those colors, so I told them that was fine. Just send me one of the alternative colors.

A month goes by and no product, so I email them. They told me that they had sent me an email asking for clarification on the order. I couldn't find said email, but my anti-spam is pretty aggressive, so I assume it was lost in the shuffle. No big deal. I answer their question. The guy goes on to say that he won't charge my credit card, and they will ship the decals for free because of the delay. Great. Problem solved. Happy customer.

It has been a month since that email. I haven't received anything, but they assure me it was sent.

At this point, I'm not out any money, but I am out 2 months that I could have ordered from elsewhere and I've used up all of the decals I had ordered from a different site (Veni, Vedi, Vici in the UK, that makes the decals).

Has anyone else had problems with these guys? Was this just bad luck?
