This will allow your boyz to run up the field with a 5+ cover save instead of a 6. Doesnt sound like much but it really does help. Ghazzy is really really slow, so i would try and find room to put him and the MANZ in a transport. A battlewagon would be best, but ive run him and some MANZ in a trukk and it works. You just have to be carful and use cover. Ive never run Kommandos so i cant give to much feedback on that. If you like them keep them. Here is what i would do.

Throw some Kommandos in there with Snick if you want. But i would make sure that the list has those key elements. I run a list very similar and ive found the only army that gives me trouble are Nids and even then its a close game.
