I beleive. Use it, it is awesome. 3 or 4 wraith squads hitting any boyz unit will make it disappear, and the will be reluctant to charge. Just keep away from mystics if he has them when deepstriking monoliths. Warriors are only useful if there is a titan they can glance up. I guess they can take objectives but a large block of 20 coming out of a deepstriking mono can cause issues in an armies back lines, especially if its guard and you can march into melee to "hide" from fire.
