Right, simple question... or questions now that i think a little...

getting back into things can be a bit of a bunt without much cash or paint... to solve this i need new cheep paint. what would probubly be the best compromise to come to?

aka, whats the best cheep acrylic paint i can get that isnt competely rubish?

i have GW paints at home, but none at the flat yet, and i havnt got any solid income as of yet( thank god for bank of dad). the Paints i have at home are gettin on a bit and are pretty crap now, and not much decent choice.

i seem to be reiterating the same point over and over and over... must be bored again....

Ive been saying it for months, Americana paints work really well. Everything I painted in my gallery has Americana (minus the chrome sprayed BW and boomegun wagon) Ive used citadel paints, and PERSONALLY I see no difference in the way they lay out and look.)
And they are $1 a tube. I dont have a website for ya, but Im sure you can look around the net and find a place that sells them

But the way I see it, that just makes them last even longer.

As far as packaged deals, Ive no idea. I always just buy them from the local hobby lobby. Id imagine they do though

Buy floral sprays . I use them ALOT on my current wood elves ( white and green spray ) they cost like $5 , and they are BIG bottled.

Spray the whole army ( im sure you have enough per can to spray 10+ armies ) followed by 1 bottle of vallejo black.

Mix the black 1: 6 of water , and add a drop of future floor wax. And you have enough black wash for 10+ armies as well.

The results are fast and effective ( i think )

I prefer using soapy water instead of the floor wax for my washes, but Luna has it right on that too. Making your own washes will save you a ton of money as well. Just have to shake the wash before use to get the soapy ness going on.
