With the Brigand, Battalion, and Battle for Skull Pass sets, you'd get:


58 Orc Boyz (which can be assembled as you see fit)
60 Night Goblins (which can be assembled as you see fit)
40 Night Goblin Spearmen (with two sets of command)
20 Night Goblin Archers (with one set of command)
20 Spider Riders (which can be assembled as you see fit)
10 Black Orcs
10 Spider Riders (with one set of command)
10 Wolf Riders
2 Boar Chariots
1 Troll
1 Night Goblin Shaman
1 Night Goblin Big Boss

This is actually a bit more than 2000pts. Before including any upgrades (and I mean any: No command, no weapon upgrades, no magic items / banners, no upgrades to big 'uns, etc) you're at 1570. Each set of Goblin Command (and by the way, I'd never run the units at only 20-big unless going for pure display) is 20pts, each Cavalry and Orc Boyz Command is 30, Black Orcs is 38, etc. This means that, if built as presented, you'd get: 90pts from Orc Boy command, 120pts from Cavalry command, 120 from Night Goblin command, and 38 for the B-Orcs for a total of 1938 still before weapon upgrades.

For some further notes about the things:

1) Orc Command Blisters should, if they haven't changed, still possess a set of cavalry legs. This means that, if chariots aren't your thing, you could instead use them for conversions. Namely:
1 Snotling Blister + Each chariot chassis = 2 Potential Snotling Pump Wagons (or just one, if you sacrificed a single chariot)
The Command Legs + Freed Boars = Either Boar Boyz or Boar-Mounted War- / Big-Bosses.

This is purely up to you. Boar Chariots have absolutely nothing wrong with them, and can be quite useful for an army (as a display piece, flanker, character carrier, etc). Since making four Boar Boyz would necessitate buying at least another metal Boar Boy to get full use, I'd suggest not sacrificing more than one unless you really would prefer a Boar Boyz unit or can find a very good deal on eBay / Maelstrom / whatever for the ancient 4-or-5 Boar Boyz boxes.

2) Orc Characters do not need to be noticeably large, just stand out from the regular Boyz. This is possible to do with regular Orc Boyz command either on foot (perhaps make it the only one carrying a Choppa / Shield, or use a leftover Black Orc arm and swap out a weapon), or mounted up (see above in regards to cannibalizing a chariot).

3) You are probably not going to want to build your army in accordance to how it's displayed on the three boxes. Instead, some things to consider:
Only two Orc Boyz units. They need not be an even split of 29-29 models, but you're going to probably want at least a good 19 each block.
Night Goblins are going to do better in units 30-40 big (30-ish being better usually), instead of 20 each. You might want to buy Fanatics.
Spider Riders tend not to do well in 10-big units. Being Fast Cavalry, they don't make use of secondary ranks. Use units 5-8 big.

There are sixty night goblin rank-and-file models, two night goblin characters, and a troll for the Orc & Goblin side of the equation. The rest of the models I listed were those that come from the two deal boxes you mentioned.
