Good spots to buy plasticard?

Anyone in Canada/US/Mexico know which (if any) big chain stores tend to carry non-corrugated plasticard? I checked Home Depot last weekend, but they only had it in clear, 1/4" thick 8"x14" pieces. Everything else is corrugated and in HUGE sheets. I know dollar stores have "For Sale" signs, but I'd prefer getting it in larger quantities. Any confirmed sources would be great We've got at least one of every N.A. wide Hardware chain here, so if you've seen some, let me know.

Thanks

Cost is not an object on this stuff. Just have two FLGS, and they don't sell much in terms of buildng materials, outside of paints/primers/glues/flock. You know, basics.

I do go down to the coast from time to time though, so thanks for the adress

So if cost is no object, just buy the HUGE sheets you found. They will probably cut it down at the store, and you can probably sell off what you don't need to fellow gamers (or here on Dakka).

At least that's my suggestion.

Seriously, how huge is huge?

Or you can call my local store and even order online. Example page:

http://www.danscraftsandthings.com/istar.asp?a=6&id=900611

I just find online a hassle, and I've never trusted online purchasing for physical goods. I know, I sound like an old man. I avoid them whenever I can.
My pub is a block from my house. The Hardware Store is about 15 blocks in the opposite direction. Although there is a bar over there, but I prefer the pub.
Good spots to buy plasticard?

Heh, we have to pay £1 per game at our local lol, seems annoying, but not as annoying as a triple JD n lime - £6 -_-

But yea, you will find most For sale signs are plasticard.

Barrett homes are around 5mm thick! (large projects like titans)

Wilsons are around 3mm (heavy structure)

K&D projects are around 1.6 ish i think, making them ideal for small models lol.

so, in my experience of sale sign stealing i can confirm they are great

I know you said you didn't like buying online, but the good thing about plasticard is that...

number one, it's so cheap it doesn't matter if you lose $2 to a dodgy online business.
number two, you can pretty much order it whenever you need it.

I ordered through http://evilmushroomgames.com/ and ended up getting mine within the week (though I'm on the antipode to them in Australia) in perfect nick, and whereas I paid a hobby store $25 for five sheets of differing thickness plasticard, I only ended up paying these guys about $8 for enough plasticard to last me half an army, and twice as much as I got from the hobby store.
