Forget wet blending... just glaze. Do you have Vallejo (or even liquitex) Matte Medium and/or Glaze Mediums?

Using very thin (watery) glazes will get you this effect, but it takes a while (as in many brush strokes). ...and I am talking about #3 of course.

Just remember to always 'pull' your shadow glaze into the shadow area (starting in the light area), and 'pull' your highlight color into the highlight area.

For 1 and 2, it looks like you could do it with an airbrush... using the 'Salt & hairspray technique' for example.

#3 can be obtained. As mentioned above you can use glaze highlights, but you can also do layering, feathering or wet blending. All of them would get this effect.

how to get this kinda of paint effect.

GW's stippling brushes are utter gak!
I would waste your time

A good method ive found for stippling is the plastic type hair paint brushes (the cheap nasty things)
Simply buy a pack of 10 or so for £1.
Use a sharp blade to remove alot of the bristles, leaving them more spaced out.

To stipple:

1: very gently dip the bristles in the paint.
2: wipe off most of the paint on an old bit of paper / cloth.
3: gently press the brush onto the surface, but make sure your gentle enough that the bristles stay firm, if they bend you will get a smear instead of a fine dot pattern.
4: just keep going with it, find a method you like of doing it (stiff bristles are allways better) and practice on some old card.

Its not hard to do, it produces some nice results, and its funnily enough hardly time consuming.
