Was wondering if anyone had ever thought of doing one based on classic sweets (candy)?

Staypuft marshmellow man for a GD, Bertie Bassetts for flamers, etc...

We had a person come to our local gaming store who would atually eat his miniatures after they died. Apparently, he cast them in hard candy and painted them with edible paint. Clearly, he wasn't playing Necrons. 'I made the WBB roll after all? *spit* Oops...' That's a hilariously fantastic idea though. I'll bet they were rather tasty too!

I could maybe see GW getting twisted over the candy-casting, but unless he was selling them I don't see how they should get too upset since there are folks who've made entire miniatures out of Green Stuff; his are just less, um, permanent?
