Use dheneb stone as the foundation over a black spray then wash with delvan mud to make them look dirty.
To make them look diseased do a foundation dheneb stone like before then go over with rotting felsh and wash with thraka green.
To make them look fleshy start with a foundation of dheneb stone (again) and then wash with ogryn flesh.

A lot of good suggestions there, though. I would add that you could do them all as batch painting so you can take time and do multiple thin washes of purple, blue, and green.
