Olbas Oil - or any other Eucalyptus oil - add a liberal amount to a bowl of hot water, then put your head over it. Put a towel over both your head and the bowl to 'seal' it. IT's a forester remedy that my friend said that his wife tried and she has since stopped sneezing during allergy season. Take it was a pinch of salt but anything is worth a try these days over more meds flooding our bloodstream with crap. Otherwise ask your doctor for a course of 'Placebo'. Its magical stuff, works 30% of the time on pretty much every ailment.

OT: I have horrible allergies twice a year like clockwork, and simply go into an anti-histamine induced fog each time. -DRINK-
The juice of two whole lemons.
Large amount of ginger, sliced and diced into tiny pieces.
Two Large spoonfuls of honey.
Two whole cloves (not cloves of garlic, but the little black stems of spice).
Cinnamon stick.
Shot of whiskey (if you're allowed...)
-Add the contents to a large mug, add boiling water, leave to stand for 5-10 mins, remove cinnamon and cloves and drink whilst hot.

-FOOD-
Cream of tomatoe soup.
Diced spring onions.
Lots of crushed garlic.
Chillis, without making it inedible.
