With BA ive had a few problems with pups, mainly them pouring attacks into my units while im left having to use a HQ or another unit to support them.

LR spam. Sure, they're obscenely expensive, but I can't touch them. Unfortunately, that doesn't make them interesting to play against, just irritating.

my marines don't have the speed to get them in hand to hand, and I don't have the long range anti-tank to kill enough of them.

IG and probably orks. Funny that in the past year, I dont think Ive played a single ork player, despite Orks being very popular here and me logging in 75+ games.
