The idea is to just run up and rend the liveing out of everything. I would suggest that you dump at least one of them, and if you could swing the models, I would say all three. That should leave you with enough extra points to go with 4 squads of 12 daemonettes.

You get 12 wounds and a ton more attacks on the charge. You still have hit and run and your range is 19"-24" for the initial charge so you can drop WAY out of rapid fire range, whereas your prince only has a threat range of 12" so you will get double tapped before you can charge.

You could probably drop an icon from one of the daemonettes squads, you only need 1 in each wave, really.
