I asked the owner and he said he's not putting it out and isn't sure what it was, and none of the other minis players were there? He doesn't play, and I'm just getting into WFB. I didn't get to flip through, but I was wondering if anybody has heard of this. Is it a new codex, or is it an old out of print one?

That might be it, but it looked like a WFB codex and I can't find anything on a Google search. That was it. I was posting wondering what it was and put it here in case it was something new. I remembered Shadows, but having "Storm of Chaos" mentioned hit a switch.
