I think Lemartes is a great choice for your HQ plus you'll want a DC (7-8 strong) with jump packs. I would then take two full tactical squads both with lascannon, meltagun and power fists in rhinos. Next take two Baal predators with HB sponsons. Any points you have left over can go towards MMABs. A vindicator would be useful as well.
