The answers to all of those questions depends on the country and jurisdiction in which you and your website reside.

Almost as amusing as the posts I see on here that say, "I haven't bought or played with anything from GW in years, but blah blah..." and then they go on to to complain about this or that. If you dropped GW products for another hobby years ago what are you doing hanging around on a forum nearly solely dedicated to GW products? When I drop a hobby, I drop it, I don't hang about on forums for things for which I have no interest and which I don't buy.
