You may be able to find Exterminator metal bits on ebay and through other second hand sources.

Exterminators and Vanquishers may also be gotten through Forge World(and e-bay).

I had that bundle deal Apocalypse box of 10 Leman Russ kits sitting around when the new IG Codex was released, so I made many variants out of the regular Leman Russ using plastic parts from other IG kits. I made a Demolisher, Punisher and Executioner conversion using plastic bits from the new Demolisher kit. I also made an Exterminator using plastic Autocannons from the IG Heavy Weapon Teams.
