Remember, although all Chaos adepts are Dark Mechanicus, not all Dark Mechanicus are Chaos Adepts.

The Dark Mechanicum are ANY mechanicum that turn from the set path of the Omnissiah. Kind of like painting a normal Techmarine but using darker colours.
