I'd recommend dropping the heavy flamer in the PCS for a normal one, heavy isn't really that much better and 15 points is quite a bit.

Infantry is good. How did those autocannon squads do for you? I've always thought of HWS' as being too vulnerable (moreso now that they're your only units on foot besides the ratlings), so don't hesitate to drop those if you weren't satisfied with them. I personally would drop them - for 150 points you can get something nice form Fast Attack.

Vets really should have melta - you have nothing in this list that'll harm AV14. Russ spams, Land Raiders, and Battlewagon spams will be near-unbeatable because of that.

Drop the ratlings, they're not really that great.

Heavy support is okay.

My input is that your AC teams did a pretty good job of it since they were in cover, but as I've told you melta vets is the way to go.
