Firing Wraithcannons in the Warp

Since Wraithcannons pull things into the warp when they are fired upon, what would happen if a Wraithguard traveled into the Warp and fired its Wraithcannon at a Daemon, or whatever else is in the Warp?

Firing Wraithcannons in the Warp

It would still work.

Wrathcannons don't 'pull things into the warp', but they instead create a warp space/real space jumble, harming things by making parts of them be in the warp, and parts of them be in real space. So it stands to reason that something IN the warp wouldn't really like having half of itself (and not a contigous half) be in real space any more than something in real space likes being partially in the warp.

Though that's just my assumption.

Firing Wraithcannons in the Warp

It was just a "what if" scenario. I don't think the Eldar would ever want to enter the warp, maybe Wraithguard or Wraithlords since their not quite living. I was just a little curious.
