Basicly it is a Team Tournament where each player brings 1000 pts and partner up with another 1000 pt army. You have to have an HQ and a Troop choice after that you can have two more troops, an Elite, a Fast and a Heavy. there are floaters for the Elite, Fast and Heavy section that you squabble over which army gets it. So basicly in the end you have one normal FOC that you have divided up amongst two armies. Does that make sense?
With that having been said we are going with a DeathWing/RavenWing combined list and this is what it looks like:

215 RavenWing Attack Squadron with 2 Plasma Guns (+30) a Sergeant with Power Weapon (+15)
Attack Bike with Multi Melta (+50)
130 Vindicator with Dozer Blade (+5)

Total:
1000

As you can see I have 115 points left over from the DeathWing list. I am debating cutting some fat and sticking a Dread in there or perhaps another Vindicator. What are your thoughts? Is it balanced? Am I going to get hosed? Flamers freeing 50 more pts (for a total of 170), buy a dread w/ 45 pts left over. That could make it venerable w/ a plasma cannon and H. flamer! Otherwise i could buy the dread w/ AC and H. I spamed the Apothecary. It was sickening what you can do with the RAW DA Narthacium. Band Aids were flying in all directions. Failed cover saves with LRC? Here's a Band Aid.

You are running Sammael and Belial. Play the RW Apothecary, DW Apothecary, and a Command squad with an Apothecary. Keep them reasonably close and prevent wounds and failed Armor cover.
