				<title>Skaven storm banner</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ a good point came up while i was playing a skaven vs skaven game. the storm banner does not say when you test to see if a war machine can fire or not. the conclusion we came to is as there is no clear 'when' it can be done at a persons discression anytime before the and up to the beginning of the shotting phase. this has problems and benifits.<br /> <br /> thoughts on proper time?]]></description>

It really doesn't matter when you roll so long as you do it before you make your guess or roll any dice for that weapon.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ zackly, so per say could you roll at the beginning of the turn? say when you check to see if the banner has run out, then roll to see what can shoot? as you say it doesnt really matter when you roll so long as its done before guess range.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I wouldn't do it till the begining of the shooting phase. Because if you find out that weapon can't shoot you might be inclined to do something different. That could cost you sports points. <br /> <br /> I would suggest doing it at the beginning of the shooting phase.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ At first I thought it was referencing magic missiles, but after reading "All non-magical missile attacks", I'm pretty sure it's referring to magical war machines and the like. <br /> <br /> It looks to me like it reads "All non-magical [missile attacks]", not, "All non-[magical missile attacks]". <br /> <br /> As far as the weapon being affected, under the Warpstone Weapon rules, "Attacks from weapons with this special rule count as magical". That seems to fit pretty well with the wording of the Storm Banner. ]]></description>
